We met Ken several years ago when we were contemplating moving to Las Vegas as a second home. Though we were not sure of what we wanted, Ken always had great ideas about how to go about the search and was immensely helpful - in many ways. He was always ready to lend a hand in any request we had. He showed us a myriad of properties and narrowed down for us what we could handle with our specific situation and needs. He went out of his way all the time and gave us the best service. The home is completed, we are all moved in, and the best part is now Ken is not only our realtor but also a great friend and neighbor.

I can say without any hesitation that picking Ken Douglas as our realtor was the best decision we could have made both in the purchase of our home, and in the subsequent sale of that home. As homebuyers during the height of the seller's market here in Las Vegas we had to work quickly and efficiently to buy a home in a ridiculously short amount of time. It simply could not have happened without the hard work and attention to detail that Ken exhibited. We gave him very little in the way of flexibility and he managed to find a place that suited our needs while simultaneously taking upon himself most of the burden of facilitating that process. To put it simply: he was indispensable. It was a difficult act to follow, but once again Ken met all our needs when it came to selling our house. We had the good fortune of being able to complete the process despite having to do so in what has now become a downturn to not simply just a buyer's market, but sadly a market ravaged by record foreclosures. Ken is not one to admit defeat or to sit back idly hoping on a lucky break. There are few sure bets in Las Vegas, but it is with great respect and appreciation that I submit to whomever should read this that when it comes to real estate the odds of successfully negotiating and completing your transaction aren't even a factor if you are working with Ken Douglas -- he gets the job done.

Ken Douglas acted as our purchase agent during our relocation to Las Vegas in late 2001. I remember the first day well as it was September 11, 2001. Ken arrived on time, and was sensitive to the events which were unfolding. He offered to reschedule to a later date, but as we were returning home that evening, he remained with us despite his family living in the affected area. In the following months, Ken showed great patience and expertise as he guided us through many different models and floorplans, gauging what we liked, loved, or hated about the houses. With his assistance and perseverance we found our home in February of 2002. Ken has kept in contact throughout the years with mailings and phone calls, always sending reminders to adjust your clocks and such. He has displayed compassion, kindness, and dedication to my family and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone of my friends or associates.
