I met Ken Douglas through the Internet approximately eight years ago and have made multiple transactions through him. Ken has earned my complete trust by his business ethics and through his professional knowledge. For example, when my wife and I bought our first Las Vegas investment about seven years ago, Ken recommended a house that was a good buy without stretching our budget, had great rental potential, and provided a pleasantly surprising return on its subsequent sale.

The sale of this property proved trying as the buying agent/buyer wasn't totally focused on this project so Ken persisted with multiple phone calls to principals as well as peripheral parties, to meet deadlines to consummate the sale. When I bought my second house I researched on line and found some properties that I thought were worth investigating. However, Ken, being knowledgeable about neighborhoods in the county, dissuaded me from some less desirable areas and found a house that was a good rental until I retired, and is now home. During our walk through he made practical suggestions on some facilities that lessened the possibility for renter damage, but would still be available after I moved here. Ken found clauses/omissions in the contracts that were disadvantageous to me and rectified those mistakes. His thorough understanding of all aspects of this multifaceted business and countless contacts helped lessen the stress of making a major purchase.

I wouldn't hesitate to wholeheartedly recommend Ken to anyone who is considering buying real estate in the Las Vegas area. My experience with, and observation of Ken, is his personal relationship with his client is more important than improving his bottom line, and that is a rare find in today's business world.
